Peter & Pat's Pierogies with sautéed brussel sprouts & Bacon

As a savory-tasting Polish potato dumpling, dishes that will work best with pierogies are also ones that can stand up to the strong flavors without taking away from the pierogie. We recommend pairing Peter and Pat’s Pierogies with a side of Brussel sprouts which are cut in half, sautéed in bacon fat, with diced shallots and crumbled bacon on top. Garnish with some chopped parsley or cilantro for an extra something special.
